Lavinia E. Damian, Ph.D. is a lecturer at the Department of Psychology, Babes- Bolyai University, teaching school psychology and vocational counseling seminars at undergraduate level and mental health promotion in children and adolescents at masters level. Her research focuses on personal and contextual antecedents and outcomes of perfectionism in adolescents, emerging adults, and employees. She is also interested in the role of parental behaviors in the development of perfectionism, as well as motivation and performance development.
