Oana Fodor is a member of Work and Organizational Psychology Research Centre (WOPRC), Department of Psychology, FPSE, Babeş-Bolyai University. Her research interests are focused on topics such as the dynamics and performance of organizational teams and multi-team systems, exploring the implications of multiple team membership on individual and team performance, exploring the interplay of cognitive and affective factors in individual and group level decision making processes. Her academic activity is paralleled with ongoing consultancy projects in the HR field that aim to diagnose and improve individual and team performance in organizational settings. Some of the organizations she worked with are: Takata Romania, Continental Automotive Systems, Star Transmission, Bosch Rexroth, Emerson, Honeywell Turbo Technologies.
