Ph.D. at the Doctoral School for Applied Cognitive Psychology of Babeş-Bolyai University. Her Ph.D. thesis is coordinated by Associate Professor Oana Negru- Subtirica. Her thesis focuses on developing an intervention in school for enhancing the identity- based motivation and the meaning of school, for students with low SES and low school outcomes. Other topics of interest are the study of identity, school motivation, school outcomes (engagement, perseverance and performance) and vocational counselling and non-formal education. She has a Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy and a Master's Degree in Counselling and Psychological Interventions in Human Development from Babeș-Bolyai University.
