Roxana Vescan is a PhD student at the Doctoral School of Applied Cognitive Psychology, Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, Babeș-Bolyai University. Her studies concern the way volunteering impacts students’ personal development. Moreover, her research interests include the insight phenomenon and functional fixedness, particularly in preschool aged children.
